Frazier & Deeter strengthens Charlotte operations with Pesta Finnie acquisition

Frazier & Deeter (FD), a nationally ranked U.S. accounting and advisory firm, has acquired Charlotte-based Pesta Finnie & Associates, LLP, enhancing its presence in North Carolina and the broader Southeast. The acquisition adds deep expertise in real estate tax and family office services, complementing FD’s existing service offerings.

Pesta Finnie is recognised for its technical knowledge, commitment to quality, and long-standing client relationships. Don Pesta, founder of Pesta Finnie, will retire at the end of the year. Peter Greve will step in as Charlotte Office Managing Partner, leading the integration of Pesta Finnie into FD’s operational and support infrastructure. The merger provides immediate access to firmwide resources, including technology, talent development, finance, marketing, and business development.
