KPMG Ireland welcomes seven partners to expand accountancy services

KPMG Ireland has named seven new partners to bolster its audit, tax, consulting, and advisory practices, enhancing accountancy services across the country. The appointments cover Dublin and Cork offices and bring expertise spanning international tax, finance transformation, and construction advisory.

Susan Buggle joins as a partner in international tax. With over 15 years’ experience at KPMG and in industry, she advises Irish and multinational clients on tax planning, M&A, and foreign direct investment strategies.

Chris Cadden has been appointed consulting partner, specialising in finance transformation and digital finance. He has 17 years’ experience across Europe, the US, and Australia, leading technology, media, and telecommunications projects, and driving finance function performance improvements.

James Gleeson joins as an audit partner with experience across multiple jurisdictions. He specialises in aircraft leasing and aviation finance, providing assurance services and advising on mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions, licensed as a CPA in New York, USA.

Wes Jesson takes the role of advisory partner, heading construction advisory. He has over 20 years’ experience across Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East, supporting complex projects in data centres, energy, commercial, and residential developments.

Colm O’Connor has been appointed audit partner in Dublin. He delivers audit and assurance services to Irish and international clients across sectors including technology, retail, manufacturing, and construction.

Claire Waters joins as a tax partner, focusing on aviation finance and asset management. She advises on complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, capital markets deals, and multi-jurisdictional portfolio transfers.

Chris Wood, based in Cork, becomes an audit partner with experience across manufacturing, retail, food and agri, energy, and technology sectors. He provides assurance services to listed and privately held companies, strengthening the firm’s national audit capacity.
