Deloitte Philippines appoints Ramon Chito Ramos as country leader
Deloitte Philippines has appointed Ramon Chito Ramos as its new country leader, succeeding Eric Landicho, who held the role for eight years. Ramos currently leads the firm’s Technology and Transformation practice, where he has driven digital strategy, enterprise modernisation, and AI-led initiatives across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Having joined Deloitte in 2000 as a consultant, Ramos steadily built one of the firm’s largest technology practices, now composed of more than 200 professionals. As country leader, he aims to strengthen Deloitte Philippines’ market position by expanding advisory and consulting capabilities through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates technology, operations, and business strategy.
Under Landicho’s leadership, Deloitte advanced its focus on industry specialisation while broadening its audit, tax, consulting, legal, and risk advisory services. Landicho will remain with the firm, focusing on client engagement and mentoring emerging leaders.
Ramos intends to build on that foundation by leveraging Deloitte’s Advice, Implement, and Operate framework, supported by enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, data analytics, and artificial intelligence tools. His strategy focuses on delivering comprehensive solutions that help clients accelerate transformation and enhance resilience across sectors such as finance, energy, and the public sector.
With over 1,000 professionals and nearly 30 partners, Deloitte Philippines continues to play a key role within Deloitte’s Asia-Pacific network.
